The Coahoma Lady Tigers are entering an exciting softball season, despite facing challenges like unexpected weather changes. The players and coaches, including head softball coach Whitney Brinston in her third year, are committed to turning these challenges into opportunities for growth.

Kicking off the season, the Lady Tigers played their first game against Bevill State College on February 20th. Looking ahead, the Lady Tigers are gearing up for a comeback in their upcoming game against Southern Arkansas University Tech on February 23rd at home. 

Adding to the excitement of the season is the introduction of Milay Lambert as the new assistant softball coach. Lambert, a former standout player at Coahoma, brings a wealth of experience and a winning mentality to the coaching staff. Her impressive track record, including earning SIAC Player of the Year and first-team all-America honors during her time at Lane College, positions her as a valuable asset to the Lady Tigers.
