FULTON — Malik Bailey netted 19 points on 7 of 12 shooting, but the efficient night for the freshman was not enough for the Tigers, who fell to Itawamba 98-60 Monday in Fulton. Nkosi King finished with 12 points of his own.

Itawamba rolled from the outset, starting the game on a 33-9 run en route to improving to 9-10 on the season and 5-4 in divisional play. The win moved them into sole possession of the 4th and final playoff spot in the MACJC North. The Indians were led by Charles Brown (21 points) and Brian Halums (20 points).
