Coahoma Community College lit up the Pinnacle tonight as both the men's and women's basketball teams delivered commanding victories over Southeast Arkansas College (SEARK). From the opening tip to the final buzzer, Tiger Nation had plenty to cheer about as our athletes showcased grit, discipline, and undeniable Tiger pride. The ladies set the pace early in the evening with a strong and steady performance that overwhelmed SEARK from start to finish. Their 71–49 win was a statement built on relentless defense, smart ball movement, and clutch scoring bursts.

The Lady Tigers controlled the pace early, forcing turnovers and converting them into fast-break opportunities. The Lady Tigers' interior presence dominated the paint, while their perimeter shooting kept SEARK on its heels. As the crowd roared behind them, the team never let up, sealing the night with a decisive 22-point win. This victory adds momentum to what is shaping up to be a powerful season for the Lady Tigers, who continue to show growth, chemistry, and undeniable confidence.

Following the women's strong showing, the men's team took the court determined to secure a sweep for Coahoma and they delivered with high octane energy. There's did not happen as smooth as the women's match however. It had everyone on their feet from start to finish. In a competitive match up, the Tigers managed to pull away in the second half to earn an 82–71 win. The men put on an electrifying performance, showcasing their signature intensity and teamwork. Crisp ball handling, explosive drives, and lockdown defensive stretches helped the Tigers build separation when it mattered most. SEARK battled back at constantly, but Coahoma's depth and discipline ultimately proved too much to overcome.

With the home crowd feeding the energy in the Pinnacle, the Tigers closed out the game with confidence, securing an exciting 11-point victory.
Tonight's double-header sweep was more than just two wins, it was a celebration of Tiger pride, hard work, and community support. Both teams looked strong, focused, and hungry for more as the season continues.

Tiger Nation showed up and showed out and together, our Tigers and Lady Tigers walked away with a night to remember.
