Box Score LITTLE ROCK- The CCC Women's Basketball squad crossed their fingers for a significant road win against Arkansas Baptist College. The Lady Tigers conquered the Lady Buffaloes in an 89-62 victory on November 16, 2019, at the Pinnacle. The rematch held recently was a barn burner that came down to the wire.
Jurnee McLaurin scored a driving layup to give the Lady Tigers a 62-60 lead with 10 seconds remaining. Arkansas Baptist player Kalia Walker answered with a game-winning layup granting Arkansas Baptist a 64-62 victory Monday night at the Buffalo Event Center.
The Lady Tigers took an early 5-0 lead.

Dasia Harden set the tone for Coahoma with consecutive baskets.
Arkansas Baptist went on an 11-1 run to spark an 11-6 lead. Walker made a 3-pointer as well as a 4-point play.
Brailyn Tate ended the run with a 3-pointer that cut the lead to 11-9.
Mary Wilkins scored a driving layup, which pushed the lead to 16-15 with 4:28 left in the first half. The Lady Buffs outscored Coahoma 13-6 in the last 4:28 of the first half. Kerria Brice scored consecutive driving layups that scooted Arkansas Baptist to a 29-23 lead at the half.
Arkansas Baptist also dominated in the third quarter, crushing Coahoma with 15-4 in the first 7:44. Allison Steen stashed consecutive layups leading to the Lady Buffs' biggest lead, 44-27.
Coahoma topped Arkansas Baptist 13-3 in the last 2:16 of the third quarter. Harden and Wilkins made consecutive baskets to kick the lead to 47-40.
Three players from Arkansas Baptist ended the matchup in double figures. Walker rose to the occasion with 17 points. Brice finished with 16 points. Steen totaled 11 points.
Harden led the Lady Tigers with 13 points and four assists. Wilkins concluded with nine points, seven rebounds, two assists, and two steals. Tate pocketed nine points and eight rebounds. Paty tallied nine points and four rebounds.
Coahoma goes to 3-3 on the season. The Lady Tigers will be back on the road against Southern University-Shreveport (SUSLA) on Thursday, December 5, 2019, at 4 p.m. in Shreveport, Louisiana.
