Box Score On Monday night, the CCC men's basketball team hosted Jones College at the Pinnacle. The Tigers played well, and led for a large portion of the game.

Coahoma's Damon Haynes tallied three 3-pointers in the first half, while Quan Brown recorded 12 points. CCC led by double-digits 39-28 at halftime.

The Tigers led 73-64 with 4:06 remaining in the second half. Despite Coahoma's efforts; Jones won the game 76-74.

CCC's Quan Brown tallied 26 points, 12 rebounds, seven assists, and three blocks. Mook Harris, Raeshun McGregory, Damon Haynes, Kei Johnson, and Ben Galmore each scored at least six points for the Tigers.

Coahoma was 21-of-45 on FG attempts, 7-of-19 from 3-PT range, and 11-of-17 from the free-throw line. The Tigers recorded 38 rebounds, 23 assists, 10 steals, and five blocks.

The next game for CCC is scheduled to be at Mississippi Delta on Thursday, Feb. 10.
