Box Score The CCC men's basketball team hosted East Mississippi Community College on Monday night at the Pinnacle.

In the first half, Gregg Magee led Coahoma in scoring with six points off two 3-pointers. Mook Harris, Kei Johnson, Ben Galmore, Jo Perez, Raeshun McGregory, and Trey Logan also scored for the Tigers. Coahoma trailed 29-22 at halftime.

Quan Brown, Perez, Logan, and Galmore combined to score all 50 of CCC's points in the second half as they each tallied at least nine points. Logan, Galmore, and Perez each made multiple 3-pointers in the half, while Brown tallied 20 points. Despite Coahoma's efforts; EMCC won the game 74-72.

Coahoma was 15-of-30 on two-point field goals, and 11-of-31 from 3-point range. Brown led all scorers with 20 points, while also recording 10 rebounds, three assists, and two blocks.

The Tigers are now 5-12 (1-7 MACCC) this season; East Mississippi is 14-4 (7-2 MACCC).

CCC's next game is scheduled to be at Holmes Community College on Thursday, Feb. 3, at 6:00 p.m.
