On Thursday, Jan. 13, the CCC men's basketball team will play at Meridian Community College.
Earlier this season; the Tigers hosted MCC at the Pinnacle. Coahoma began that matchup with a 13-3 run, and Meridian's first lead of the game occurred with 4:21 remaining in the second half. MCC went on to pick up a 72-64 victory in overtime.

Mook Harris,
Kei Johnson, and
Quan Brown combined to score 48 points for CCC. As for Meridian, the Eagles' Brandon Ellington, Makeem Roberts, and Zebadiah Kirkwood each scored at least 14 points.
Thursday's matchup marks Coahoma's first away game since Nov. 29, 2021, at East Central Community College. Against ECCC; the Tigers overcame a 14-point deficit with 7:34 left in the second half to capture an 82-80 victory.
Brown and Galmore combined to score 54 points for Coahoma, while Christopher Keys led East Central in scoring with 24 points.
The Tigers enter Thursday's matchup 4-7 (0-2 MACCC) this season; MCC is 9-4 (1-3 MACCC). The game will stream via
Meridian.
