On Thursday evening, the CCC men's basketball team plays at Itawamba Community College.

The Coahoma Tigers are 2-2 this season having defeated Mississippi Delta 74-51 and Faith Prep Academy 92-49. CCC lost to Northwest Mississippi 84-60 and to Hinds 54-51.

In the Tigers' most recent game against Faith Prep, 10 players scored for the Coahoma. CCC's Quan Brown, Mook Harris, Raeshun McGregory, and Ben Galmore all scored at least 10 points.

Brown recorded a 20-point, 11-rebound double-double, while forward Kei Johnson tallied six points and 18 rebounds.

ICC is 4-1 this season. Itawamba has defeated MS. Delta 70-45, Huntingdon College (JV) 78-48, Stillman College (JV) 87-33, and Bethel University (JV) 71-60. The Indians' lone loss thus far this season occurred against Northeast Mississippi 90-85 in overtime.

Sophomore guard Fred Cleveland, Jr. is Itawamba's leading scorer averaging 19.8 PPG, while also leading the team in assists with 6.0 APG.

The game is scheduled to start at 5:30 p.m., and will stream via ICC.
