GOODMAN—The Lady Tigers went down to the Holmes Lady Bulldogs last night in Goodman, falling by a final of 86-59. Erica Collins racked up her 7th double-double of the season for CCC.
The Lady Tigers hung tough in the game's opening minutes against a Holmes squad seeking its 13th win of the season. The Lady Bulldogs led by just 6 a little over 8 minutes into the contest. They then reeled off an impressive 26-12 run that was broken up by Amber Sisk's buzzer-beating 3-pointer at the end of the 1st half. Holmes went into the locker room leading 42-25.
Sisk was money for CCC. The sophomore from Oxford knocked down 3 3's in the game and finished with 11 points.
