Tonorris O. Brookins II enters his second season as the wide receivers coach at Coahoma Community College. He works closely with Coahoma's wide receivers to develop their technical skills, football knowledge, and leadership abilities while emphasizing discipline and accountability.
 
Before Coahoma
Brookins joined the Tigers in 2025 after gaining experience on the staff at Mississippi Valley State University. While pursuing his graduate studies there, he interned with the Delta Devils football program, assisting the coaching staff and the strength and conditioning department with practice preparation, film analysis, player development, and student-athlete rehabilitation.
 
Playing Career & Personal
A native of Starkville, Mississippi, Brookins was a standout player at Starkville High School before continuing his career at East Mississippi Community College. He later transferred to Mississippi Valley State University, where he served as a team captain and earned his bachelor's degree in social science.
