Debreasha Powe joins the Coahoma women's basketball staff as an assistant coach, bringing elite playing experience and proven leadership to the program.
 
Current Impact
Having previously played for head coach Deneshia Faulkner, Powe brings a firsthand understanding of the program's vision, standards, and culture. Her background in communications, sports media, and leadership development makes her a valuable addition as she connects with and mentors student-athletes.
 
Playing Career
A former Mississippi Gatorade Player of the Year, Powe led multiple high school programs to championships before a standout collegiate career. At the collegiate level, she earned SEC All-Freshman Team honors, served on the SEC Women's Basketball Leadership Council, and was a four-year SEC starter and team captain. She finished her career among Mississippi State's all-time leaders in made three-point field goals and ranked among the SEC's most efficient perimeter shooters.

A native of Meridian, Mississippi, Powe uses her passion for mentorship and a winning mindset to contribute to the continued growth of Coahoma women's basketball.
