Coahoma Community College

Cameron Monix, Jr. is a 2013 graduate of Lee Academy High School where he excelled as a basketball player. He embarked on his collegiate athletic career at Coahoma Community College under Ira Peterson. After attending CCC, he furthered his education at Delta State University where he also continued playing on the college level with head coach Jim Boone. Cameron Monix is the son of Danielle Jones and Cameron Monix, Sr. He has one brother, Dedrick Gates and a sister, Arveon Jones. He is a proud father to Carson Laiden Martin and Camreigh Leilani Monix
