The Coahoma Tigers started off strong securing 3 runs at the Top of the first inning, Ford Pitching. Bottom of the first, Itawamba began to catch up with 3 runs, tying the score, 3-3. Coahoma forcing In the top of the second 1 HR by #4
Landon Smith to put Coahoma in lead at 4-3.
Trey Washington his a sacrifice fly and gave Coahoma another double runs in the second 6-3. Top of the fourth, the Tigers were stopped by a quick double play taking out Baker and Smith. #7
Colyn West hit but ball was caught for quick out. Bottom of the 4th, Itawamba scored one point making the score 6-4 before the 5th inning. During the the 5th Inning, was when everything changed. The Tigers could not get going at bat. The Indians went on a an 11 score streak while at bat. Run ended at the bottom of the 5th with the ball being caught by
Gregory Fore to end the 5th inning. Top and bottom of the six were all strike outs for both sized. The last point scored for the Tigers was in the top of the 7th when Landon Smith hit a line drive to left field, caused a double score by Massey and Colon. 8-19.
TIGER VS INDIANS GAME 2: 1-12
The Indians pulled away early in the first innings. ICC hit two home runs. Another player drove in three runs as the Indians collected 12 hits and scored 11 runs in the third and fourth innings total. Timbs, Coahoma's pitcher, allowed nine runs over the first three innings. Massey led the Tigers with an RBI, given the tigers their only point of the second game. The amount of errors during the second game
was tough on the Tigers.
