MOORHEAD - Tiger Basketball closed its 2015-16 season with a loss in Moorhead to Delta, 74-67, Thursday night. Da'Quan Forrest had 13 points for CCC.

The Tigers fell behind early but cut the Trojan lead to 32-27 headed to the halftime break. The close duel would continue into the 2nd, with CCC seizing a 1-point advantage on a Forrest 3 with just over 5 1/2 minutes to go. But Delta proved too much down the stretch, responding to losing the lead for the first time since the game's opening minutes with a 13-2 run to put it out of reach.

The Trojans were led by Dantaveous Crawford, who racked up 30 points on 9 of 14 shooting from the field. The Trojans finish the season with 12 wins, including 4 in divisional play.

Shannon Bailey added 12 and Mike Bell chipped in 10 points to the Tiger effort. Forrest, who scored 19 vs. Northeast on Monday, racked up 32 total points in the final 2 games of the year. The CCC squad concludes the season 5-18 overall and 2-10 in MACJC North action.
